This patient had a history of bilateral breast augmentation 16 years ago with 360 cc saline implants. She approached Dr. Holzman with a deflated left implant and had the desire to have a slight increase in breast size. The patient was 5’7” and 169 pounds. Both implants were replaced with Allergan “Soft Touch” 450 cc silicone implants and had great results. She was 5’7” and 169 pounds.
