Patient complained of 10 years of progressively worsening back, neck and shoulder pain. She had trouble doing high impact aerobic activities due to her large breasts and developed rashes under her breasts that made her uncomfortable.

A reduction mammoplasty was performed by Dr. Holzman, and 807 grams were removed from the right breast and 936 grams were removed from the left breast.
Patient was happy with the new size and shape of her breasts and was able to increase the level of intensity of her workouts
