27-year-old with a history of symptomatic macromastia s/p bilateral reduction mammoplasty. Prior to surgery, she had significant back, neck and shoulder pain, and sought treatment with physical therapy and chiropractor. She lost 40 pounds but continued to wear a 32 H bra.
