46 year old 5’2” 158 pounds photos taken 2 months postoperatively. Breast reduction due to progressive back and neck pain. She lost 40 pounds 2 years before surgery, but breast size remained the same at 34F bra size. She has history of 2 pregnancies with breast feeding 10 years prior to surgery.
